We had a great experience at INFINITI of Chattanooga! Will was very helpful in finding us the perfect car in our price range. He did not try to push us towards a car that cost more than we wanted to spend. He let us drive the car to see if we liked it before writing up any contracts or giving us price breakdowns and paperwork. My favorite thing about working with INFINITI was the fact they were not pushy and listened to the customer. Will kept in touch with me by text about the vehicle availability while we waited on insurance money to come in due to my previous car being wrecked. I would use this dealership again without question for the outstanding customer service we encountered.

Overall, great experience...but had an issue at 600 miles that's not seeming to be a big deal but was less than pleased after making an appointment, showing up, then being told there was no record of the service appointment. Wasted half a day driving in and being told we might get "squeezed in" after a few hours. You expect some decent service for buying a 6 figure ride. The reason we went to INFINITI of Chattanooga was because of the lousy reviews in Nashville...I really hope they can make it right.
