Michael Levan and the whole crew were extremely nice and easy to deal with. We had no problem making a deal that easily worked out for both of us. I was able to come in and make a trade in record time. No big upselling of any extra warranty or other jazz either. I’d definitely consider working with them again when the wife’s Defender lease is up and she’s ready for a new SUV.

.I bought a use car and paid $13497.33for it from INFINITI of Chattanooga and had it less than a week and the check engine light came on. Took it back and asked them to check it out and was rudely told no you bought as is. You would think they would have better customer service than this. I know I bought used but still less than a week and they won't even check it out. People need to stay away from this place UPDATE 5/30/26 INFINITI stepped up and reimbursed me for the repairs

Please do not purchase a vehicle from INFINITI. The QX60 are weak. And the salesman do not care that sale you a piece a junk just as long as they make that sale. The vehicle will hardly make it up a hill and while going up a hill all you hear is the engine and transmission struggling to make it. , it vibrates something awful while waiting at a red light when having the AC on. Our purchase of a 2023 Subaru Ascent was good. We had an appointment at 9:00 Saturday morning and they had the car out front waiting for us. Elijah was great at giving directions and pointing out features on the test drive. Paperwork went well and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All required maintenance was performed prior to purchase including tire rotation and filters, which is a huge plus.
