We began the process over the phone to expedite the purchase and received all the information we needed before completing the purchase in person. Overall, great experience...but had an issue at 600 miles that's not seeming to be a big deal but was less than pleased after making an appointment, showing up, then being told there was no record of the service appointment. Wasted half a day driving in and being told we might get "squeezed in" after a few hours. You expect some decent service for buying a 6 figure ride. The reason we went to INFINITI of Chattanooga was because of the lousy reviews in Nashville...I really hope they can make it right.
